I was looking for a self-catering flat close to the Place d',Iena, the location was ideal and the washing machine was an unexpected bonus, IKEA decor and furnishings are fortunately to my taste, The access code for the key lock box was communicated only shortly before arrival, and inside the building my mobile phone was not able to access signal, Fortunately one of the neighbours happened to be passing, and allowed me to use his WiFi connection so I was able to download the message containing the lock box access code - otherwise I would have had a major problem, The other major negative was that the lift went Hors Service for the last two days of my stay, I',m not so lazy that I cannot climb 6 flights of stairs, but descending with a suitcase on the day that I left (after a week',s stay, not just a quick weekend, carrying a week',s worth of clothing and having purchased several museum art books) was somewhat challenging,
