Nice interior design, unexpectedly well-equipped kitchen, everything was new and clean there were no towel racks in the bathroom, the cleaning staff constantly piled all them together and mixed them up

We like having a reception desk, Liked friendly service, Liked baggage check to hold bags before or after check-in/,out, The room was very clean, If you needed any service items all you had to do was ask, The beds were comfortable, The room was suppose to have a city view and we were looking at the wall of the building next door, It would have been better not to have windows at all, The room was suppose to have a balcony and it did not, We advised the Desk Clerk of the lack of view and balcony and he stated ",This happens often, maybe we could get a refund on a portion of the room",, We have not received any type of refund or compensation for inaccurate portrayal of the room, All rooms are upstairs and the elevator is broken, We found this out after day before electric check-in,

The receptionist was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know very well, The apartment has been finished to an exceptional standard and we felt so comfortable and safe our whole stay, There was someone at reception at all hours of the day and were always very smiley and friendly, Room has everything you would need from everything in the kitchenette to plenty towels and extra pillows and duvets, Would highly recommend and 100% look to stay here again next time I visit Paris,
