Guest assessment:
Good and friendly reception. Some of the beds (those folded out of the couches) were bad. There was a reasonable amount of mosquitoes around so bring sufficient repellent. TV does not have any foreign channels other than BBC and CNN - kind of painful during the Olympics. For any sort of shopping you need a car, walking is too far. Other than that everything was great.
