Hi Thomas, if the house would have been better cleaned it would be good. Main critic point is, that the windows were not clean at all. We have still have an open issue about the first reservation 19 QT VM UY / 81423002060000 via AirBNB. Your company has cancelled this booking with no understandable reason. We have the AirBNB Confirmation and have paid 855,40 €. You have only credited us 735,64 €. We would like to get the missing 119,76 € back. Your customer service was so far not able to get this issue solved. In expectation of your answer Anett & Marc Kirchner

Prima service van het park. Smeriger dekbedden werden vervangen. Alleen jammer dat er veel stof op lampen, vloer etc was. Enige tijd niet schoongemaakt. Koelkast / vriezer was niet goed gesloten daardoor veel smelt water.
Gelijk bij aankomst poetsen. Andere verwachting om je vakantie mee te beginnen. Goed gemaakt door taartje op verjaardag te regelen. Dat was weer top.
