Very clean and everything you need for you stay, Good value for money, 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord train station, A few minutes walk to the nearest metro La Chapelle, 2 doors down from Carrefour supermarket, Spiral staircase inside the building is very dingy and not at all clean, lights didn',t always come on and it was very dark, Noise from the neighbours stamping up and down the staircase, voices and slamming of apartment doors throughout the night, Couldn',t have the window open at night due to voices and music coming from the courtyard below, Neighbourhood can be a bit off-putting come afternoon and after dark, large groups of men hanging around on the streets conducting illegal trade, Police are around the area during the day,
