Donât skip on this place! The host makes all the difference!What an amazing host! Frano was so lovely and accommodating which made the stay that more enjoyable, I was able to chat with him prior to arrival which was helpful since our flight got delayed, He greeted us upon arrival at the apartment, set us up with water and juice in the refrigerator and gave us recommendations on restaurants/,activities in the area, The actual apartment itself is what was pictured, Modern look with up to date appliances and AC that really works! Also, this place is closer to the beaches than Old Town which is what I wanted though itâs a quick Uber drive to get there, Iâm glad we stayed here instead of Old Town because it was less touristy, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

All we ever hoped for and more,Everything was as good as we expected or better, The owner is really kind and cool guy, Even without asking he gave us a lot of recommendations for where to go and what to see and what to avoid, Apartments were clean, upon our arrival whole place was cooled down, You get a table on terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the sun, if you can bear it, Placement is also really good, not far from bus station to Old Town, promenade is also like 5 minute walk from there, so if you feel like it after tour in the city, you can go to the beach, enjoy some drinks and good food (just remember to book in time), I would definitely like to return there and stay at the same place,

Accommodation was not the same as shown in the photos, therefore can't help but be a little disappointed, Although accommodation was in a good location, very clean and perfectly adequate it was not the bright and cheerful rooms as shown in photos, Bathroom was tiny and kids bedroom was dark and very hot as the air con did not seem up to the job of cooling the entire apartment, Received no answer to email requesting how to reach apartment and once we arrived in Dubrovnik it took a while to even find out the actual location of where we were staying, the owners did not seem that sure themselves! Owners tried to be helpful but the lady in particular seemed a little bit unsuited to her role as host,
