Diese Wohnung ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet viel Platz, Die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist ein echter Vorteil, da sie sehr zugänglich ist, Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigeren Gegend, dennoch kann man das lebhafte Marais, das energiegeladene 11, Arrondissement oder den Gare de Lyon in kürzester Zeit leicht erreichen,

Excellent location with a comfortable apartment overlooking a garden/small pedestrian walkway, The check-in process was extremely straightforward and well detailed, Above all, the superb communication with the host made everything very smooth! The subway operates closeby, so there's a mild rumble to be heard during the day, but it's not bothersome at all, Highly recommend for a wonderful city stay!

The apartment is just as depicted in the photos, The placement is fantastic, However, a downside was that we were a group of 4, and the hot water supply couldn't accommodate four consecutive showers as the water's warmth begins to fluctuate until it turns extremely cold, Keep that in mind if you are a group of 4,

The location was excellent and the place was neat and well maintained, It was slightly less spacious than what was exhibited in the photos but cozy for 2-3 individuals,

This was an amazing visit, Precisely as depicted in the pictures, The location is superb and it's a walking distance from the prominent sights in a serene neighborhood, There are some remarkable coffee and breakfast joints just around the corner and roughly 100m from the river, The host is extremely prompt in response and overall, it's worth every penny spent to stay here,

We spent 4 nights here, a family of 4, The location is near the train station and river, Check-in was easy even though the apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, The space was perfect for our requirements, There are some repairs needed as some floorboards are raised and the internal doors don't close properly,

Apartment very well located, By chance, we crossed paths with the person who had taken care of our accommodation, He kindly showed us around and explained everything with a smile, Thank you to him, The apartment is large, fairly well equipped, and nicely decorated, Ground floor overlooking a rather quiet courtyard, with no direct vis-à-vis, Very good communication with Checkmyguest, However, pay attention to 4 points: - The metro passes under the building, and for us who are sensitive to noise, it is annoying (we would have liked to know, especially through other comments), - Apartment on the ground floor and close to the entrance of the building: during the week, you can hear the concierge taking out the trash as early as 6 am -- a problem for children sleeping in the living room, - The WIFI was not working, - The microwave was not usable due to its slightly tilted position towards the front: this caused the mugs and cups to move towards the door, (I reported these last 2 issues late, as our schedule was busy and our stay was short, I didn't have time to deal with it,)

We enjoyed our stay—the apartment is cozy and peaceful and in an extremely convenient location, We will surely come back!
