Einladende Outdoor-Küche &amp, sehr schöner Blick auf DubrovnikSehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns mit einem warmen Lächeln, frischen Weintrauben und kühlem Wasser willkommen geheißen hat und sehr hilfsbereit war, Als der Koffer nicht zugehen wollte, hat sie fleißig mit angepackt, Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über die Stadt und Altstadt von der Terrasse aus, Recht ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den nächsten kleinen Supermarkt und in ca, 20 Minuten den Fährhafen, Sehr sauber und gepflegt und für uns völlig ausreichend für einen Kurztrip nach Dubrovnik,

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable with really welcoming and friendly hosts! The sea view from the balcony was amazing! Our hosts made us feel more than welcome with them being very accommodating to our needs, with drinks and treats such as ice cream, biscuits and watermelon offered to us! Overall, Rooms Ivo was a pleasant stay and made our trip even more memorable! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Amazing view from the terrace , Almost gave myself a heart attack walking up the stairs to get there but views like that come at a price , For dubrovnik it was at the cheaper end of the scale so room was basic with shared bathroom , But ideally suited for me as was travelling solo and didn&#39,t need anything too fancy, Owner&#47,host was very nice and gave me juice and biscuits on arrival to enjoy on the terrace ,

The view from the balcony is really amazing, especially for sunset, The host was really nice too, She offered us juice and cookies upon arrival and the next morning she gave us some cake and offered tea and coffee, Also she gave us a city map and explained how to reach her house&#47,the old town by bus, The bathroom and room was clean and nice, Would definitely recommend :)

Location is 20min walk to old town,(just have to climb stairs a bit)Owner is very nice and hospitable,(she made coffee with biscuits for us and gave us to try her own cherry liquor,Amazing view from the terrace,All amenities for cooking(oven,kitchen,dishes,toaster etc)
