Unique location directly by the sea. A park-like, ca.7000 m² plot with exclusive access for authorized users, for total privacy for residents and guests, and safety. The apartment faces south with views of the sea, pool and garden. Quiet location and near the villa (about 3 minutes walk) is a small harbor with nice restaurants. Good shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets, beach accessories) can be found in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
