This child-friendly, spacious villa with a private swimming pool is on top of a hill near Fréjus/Saint Raphael on a 1000 m2 fenced private property, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful residential neighbourhood. Fréjus is a nice beach resort with Roman remains and a lovely boulevard with outdoor cafes, shops and a harbour. You're just 10 minutes away from a beach, water amusement park and zoo. You can also go boating at St. Tropez. From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Esterel nature reserve and the vineyards. Along with the pool, you'll find underwater benches, wonderful to sit on. On the adjacent covered terrace, you'll find a large dining table and a (gas) barbecue. There is a special children's corner in the garden, with a nice seat, a boules court, swing and frame. On the ground floor, opening to the swimming pool, you'll find a spacious American kitchen with a bar. Here, you'll also find two bedrooms, each with its bathroom.

Tips Owner:
Due to the central location of our villa, at the border of the beautiful nature reserve Esterel you can make the most beautiful hikes directly from the garden. Also a spectacular view over the Esterel mountains is a great asset. The most beautiful spots of the Cote d'Azur are close by for example The beaches of Cannes, the cozy village St Tropez and of course the fashionable little country of Monaaco are easy to reach.

But also the Roman town of Frejus itself is worth a visit, on Sunday morning you will find on the boulevard from Port Frejus to st Raphael one of the nicest and largest flew markets of the entire Cote d'Azur.

Really nice surroundings with loads of nature and cosiness in the garden with various small spaces for relaxations. <br/><br/><br/><br/>Very accommodating and friendly contact person. <br/><br/><br/><br/>The description could mention that the showers are not made for tall people. The kitchen is not well equipped for passionate cooks. There could be more tea towels and towels in general. The pétanque court and equipment could be.....
