Escales has a historic centre, with narrow streets and many old houses, which give it a cosy and typical atmosphere. Within walking distance of the villa you will find a bakery and a grocery shop, where you can pick up fresh croissants in the morning. Around the house there is a well-kept garden (1500 m2) with all kinds of Mediterranean plants and a private swimming pool * which can be generously heated * measuring 4 x 8 metres (1.20 to 1.80 m deep). The heated pool allows you to enjoy a pleasant pool water temperature all year round. There is a large private poolside terrace and a covered terrace with a luxurious lounge set and hammock. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers and a separate seating area to enjoy the magnificent views over the Minervois valley.
