The small south-west facing balcony will allow you to take full advantage of the view of the bucolic garden, which is shared with the owner. If you are traveling with your 4-legged friend, they will be welcome provided they accept cohabitation with the house's very sociable Golden Retriever. The former fishing village has preserved neighborhoods with narrow streets and a particular charm around its church. Nine fine sandy beaches and a coastal path offering splendid panoramic views will appeal to lovers of nature, the open sea or family relaxation.

The surrounding area has no shortage of tourist attractions: Dinard, the jewel of the Emerald Coast, is an example of the Belle Époque with its 407 listed villas and timeless charm. The neighbouring town of St. Malo attracts with its ramparts built into the sea and its magnificent Sillon beach, which in 2023 will still be among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe, or last but not least the fammous Mont Saint - Michel, which is only an hour's drive away.
