This luxurious holiday home in Monschau has 12 bedrooms and can host groups as large as 31 people. It comes with a sauna, fitness area, a sunny private terrace and a bar. Slightly ahead of this holiday home, you will find multiple tours for hikers, cyclists and cross- country enthusiasts. In the village, you can enjoy horseback riding, bike rental (Monschau), railbiking and take the RAVeL route. You can find general supplies in the town centre about 2 km away from this holiday home. Outside, you will find a barbecue area with a log cabin and a carport for 8 vehicles. You can also have a cozy campfire here. The holiday home has 2 children’s beds and 2 high chairs, a slide, and a trampoline. You can bring 2 pets here for a fee of € 10 per pet, per night. If you're travelling in a group larger than 31, you can consult the owners for a different room layout to make more rooms available.

The location of the house is particularly attractive for guests who love nature. (Pure nature) Many hiking trails, bike and mountain bike trails start right at the house.

In the winter months, the Monschau Christmas Market (one of the most beautiful in Germany) is definitely worth a visit.
