The Mattenhof ist located in the Nature park Southern Black Forest. In this attractive scenery, the contryside and the people can be explored on signposted hiking trails. You can even discover the hills and valleys of the clifty and romantic landscape. Given that we live close to two borders, daytrips to Switzerland or the nearby Alsace (France) can be easily planned. Other destinations could be aas well the impressive animal and theme parks in the Southern Black Forest.
