Route description: From the M20 Ashford exit at junction 10. Follow the A2070 all the way to Brenzett, about 20 minutes journey. At the roundabout, go straight over onto the A259, for Rye and Hastings. At the next roundabout (Brookland) go straight over again, continuing on the A259 towards Rye. After about 2 kms turn right, off a sharp left hand bend. The only sign is Jo's Cafe! Continue down this lane for 2 kms, Puddock Farm is on your left. The farmhouse is straight down the drive on your right.hide
