Tuscany offers many attractions: just 30 km from the house there is for example Arezzo, one of the largest cities in the region and the birthplace of great artists, such as Petrarca and Vasari, near the house there are two medieval towns that are absolutely worth a visit: Sansepolcro (17 km) and Città di Castello (15 km).
