In the countryside around the city of Lucca, in an optimal position for any type of excursion: Florence, Siena, Pisa or the coast of Versilia is located this simple but very welcoming holiday home. The house is perfect for families with children and for those traveling with animals, the owners have organized an outdoor courtyard near the fenced house and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining and a part of the garden of about 200 square meters ( only a few meters away from the house) at the complete disposal of the guests, fenced with a high net about 1.50 m and hedge. Within this part of the garden is the above-ground pool, (7.40 x 3.60 and 1.20 m deep) and equipped with outdoor solar shower, deck chairs, umbrellas and gazebo. The area also offers the opportunity to play sports: golf in Montecatini and Pietrasanta, horse riding (riding 500 m) and tennis (about 4 km) in the immediate vicinity and cycling. Shops and restaurant can easily be reached on foot (about 1 km). Of course it is worth visiting Lucca, with its unique walls, alleys, beautiful shops and numerous cultural events (concerts of classical music, pop, jazz)

...Read more A part of the garden (about 200 sqm) is completely fenced with a high wire netting fence 1.50m and hedge, it lies only a few meters from the house and it at the full disposal of the guests. Within this part of garden there is a swimming pool (out of earth, – 7.40 x 3.60m, depth: 1.20m) with external shower, deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, beautiful wooden gazebo with table and chairs in teck. The immediate surroundings offer various sports activities such as: to play golf in Montecatini or Pietrasanta, to go horse-riding (about 500m), to play tennis (about 4 km) or bike tours in the areas. There is a grocery and restaurant, reachable on foot (about 1 km). Obviously the city of Lucca is a visit worth – the unique town walls, the narrow lanes, the elegant boutiques and the various cultural events (classical concerts as well as also pop and rock events). Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen-cum-dining with stove (4 gas fires and 2 electric plates), oven, fridge/freezer, American coffee maker, toaster, living room with couch and upholstered chairs, fire-place (not working), satellite TV, table. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (1.40m), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (one of these single beds could be put in the bedroom with the French sized bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. External room with washing machine. The furnishings are simple but convenient for a holiday. The owners live on the 2nd floor; they access their apartment within an external staircase, on the side of the house.
