It has 4 bedrooms to accommodate 9 persons, a double sofa bed for kids under 12 years, and faces a valley from where you can see Mount Soratte. The interior finishes and furnishings are in rural art. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Surrounding the villa is a 10,000 square meters park in which olive trees and some fruit trees grow. There is a beautiful outdoor covered patio with barbeque and pizza oven. You can go about tasting freshly prepared wine in the nearby areas. Fiano Romano with its beautiful Castello Ducale is 5 minutes from the villa. The excavations of Lucus Feronia, an interesting Etruscan archaeological site is just 10 minutes. Palazzo Savelli is 400 m away, Tiber river is 31 km away and the city of Rome is 40 km away.

On request dinner cooked by chef or cooking lessons 5 minutes from the farmhouse there is Fiano Romano and its beautiful Ducal Castle the "Feronia" Shopping Center is a little further distant; the "L'Arca" Shopping Center is located in the town of Capena not far from Fiano Romano; on Mount Soratte (691 m) there is the hermitage / sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie, as well as being a naturall reserve; at 25 minutes we find the Ponzano-Soratte Outlet; Ten minutes away are the excavations of Lucus Feroniae, an interesting Etruscan archaeological site, and two comfortable and close motorway exits easily connect the Casale with Rome.
