De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en er is een digitale flatscreen-tv, radio, iPod docking en een dvd-speler. De woning ligt in het kleine dorp Jedburgh, nabij restaurants en winkels (200 m). In de omgeving kun je wandelen, fietsen en paardrijden door de natuur. Breng een bezoek aan de St. Abbs Harbour of aan de Jedburgh Abbey en ervaar échte Schotse traditie tijdens Jedburgh Celebrates, in de zomermaanden. Edinburgh en de Hooglanden in het noorden, Hadrian's Wall, Alnwick Castle and Gardens in het zuiden, Holy Island, St Abbs Head en de kust in het oosten, en St Mary's Loch in het westen zijn een bezoek waard. Openbaar vervoer is beschikbaar op 2 km afstand. Een treinstation ligt op 45 km afstand en de dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven ligt op 80 km afstand. The Scottish Borders offers an unhurried way of life. There are wonderful countryside quiet roads, history and heritage, castles and country homes. In addition, glorious sandy beaches and an awesome rugged coastline are all within an hour’s drive. In the town, visitor attractions include a 12th century abbey, Mary Queen of Scots house and a Georgian Reform Jail, as well as way-marked walking and cycling routes - (bicycle hire nearby).
